Our intention in setting up our programs and services is to assist our youth to:

  1. Accept and understand their addiction and addictive behaviour
  2. Manage their addiction/addictive behaviour with supports
  3. Create positive lifestyle changes, a foundation of recovery, and become part of a community of like-minded people

Drug and alcohol addiction is a progressive and complex illness with devastating long-term consequences. Early intervention and education with youth in care has the potential to redirect the trajectory of a young person’s life.

In all stages of the program, youth will be encouraged and supported in participating in traditional cultural / spiritual teachings, practices, ceremonies, Sun Dances, Sweat Lodges and land-based therapy as offered by agency recommended Indigenous community providers.

Laughter is the sound of recovery.
